Tonight we picked up Big Hero 6 & in keeping with the Asian theme it's got going on, I whipped up some stir-fry & egg drop soup! I'm pretty proud of myself, especially since this is the first time I've been able to make a delicious stir-fry on my own.
This dish is definitely going on our repeat roster.
